About the Role:

As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our workforce activities and operations. You'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. Your expertise will help us optimize our processes, improve efficiency, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead task groups of experts and partners to drive project execution and deliver results

• Perform data gathering tasks, data integration, and data analysis to inform business decisions
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve process efficiency and effectiveness
• Produce reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations
• Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication
• Direct and manage the work of a team of experts and partners to achieve project goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a field related to data analysis, business, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in a data analysis or business operations role
• Proven track record of driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
• Experience working with large data sets and developing data visualizations to inform business decisions
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience in a retail or field operations environment

• Experience working with ASDS or similar systems
• Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, and R
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Experience working with large data sets and developing data visualizations to inform business decisions
