Job Description

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values to our customers.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns.

  • Assist members with orders, account issues, membership benefits, and more, providing personalized support and guidance.
  • Resolve customer concerns while adhering to company policies and guidelines, demonstrating a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services.
  • Document and track member interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and exceptional service, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred, with a strong foundation in customer service, communication, or a related field.
