As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in our Employer Solutions Call Center, working closely with patients and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless prior authorization, level of care determinations, PASRR placement screenings, and personal care service intake processes.

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our remote team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Employer Solutions Call Center, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring successful outcomes and resolutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming phone lines and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Follow established guidelines and quality programs to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of patient concerns
  • Utilize DE and all applicable systems to procure needed program details and communicate accurate information to patients
  • Maintain call talk times while applying all file facts and following required call scripts
  • Process incoming Level 1 documents and ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Meet or exceed quality performance standards and processing goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex patient issues and ensure seamless communication

Work Conditions and Physical Demands

* Primarily sedentary work in a general office environment with occasional extended hours based on special business needs

  • Ability to communicate and exchange information with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret documents and data
  • Requires manual dexterity to use computer, telephone, and double monitors

Minimum Education and Experience

* High School Diploma or GED required

  • 2+ years of call center experience with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to function between two departments and handle incoming calls with ease

Additional Skills and Qualifications

* IDEAL Candidate has 6 months to 1 year of call center experience with a strong focus on customer service ($16/hr)

  • Open to candidates with strong customer service (retail/restaurant) experience with good tenure and interest in getting into call center ($15/hr)

Pay and Benefits

* The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
