  • Review each open ticket to determine the outcome from the help desk and ensure that customers receive timely updates and exceptional customer service
  • Email responses to customers to provide updates and ensure that all issues are resolved efficiently
  • Work closely with the Help Desk team to ensure that all customer requests are handled promptly and effectively
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and requests

Requirements and Qualifications

While no prior experience is required, ideal applicants will have previous experience in an I.T. Help Desk ticket environment or online customer service role, particularly in a technology company or busy online retailer.
