Key Responsibilities
As an experienced bookkeeping software customer support specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping customers navigate the complexities of accounting software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and troubleshooting. Your expertise in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software will enable you to provide confident resolution to customer concerns, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to accounting software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and troubleshooting.
- Utilize your expertise in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software to resolve customer issues and provide confident resolution.
- Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, enabling you to effectively cross-sell relevant solutions to customers.
- Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve issues, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Contractual Relationship
As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
