We are seeking an experienced full stack data entry specialist to join our team in a remote work arrangement. As a data entry specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our data management systems, driving business decisions, and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

As a full stack data entry specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and enhancing our data management systems, including data entry, data analysis, and data visualization
  • Providing exceptional customer support through phone and email communication
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions and improve customer experience
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
  • Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to improve customer experience and business outcomes
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and customer support

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, and customer support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in data management tools, such as Incorta, Prophet, and SQL
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry and analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques

  • Familiarity with data warehousing and business intelligence tools
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization best practices and design principles
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data management platforms
