About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and bilingual Spanish Remote Customer Service Representative to provide high-quality support and resolution to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through multiple channels, including phone, chat, email, social media, and US mail. Your goal will be to meet or exceed department objectives, protect and increase revenues, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with service and support issues via phone and non-phone channels, utilizing department tools, resources, and expertise to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Act as a positive role model by demonstrating continuous performance improvement, solid business skills, and support of department and company objectives.
  • Ensure productivity, revenue generation, and quality levels are met to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Use courteous and professional language in all customer interactions, creating a win-win resolution to problems and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve department goals and objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment
  • Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish
  • Ability to produce quality and professional written correspondence with customers
  • Basic math skills and intermediate PC knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and mainstream web browsers
  • Commitment to providing resolution to customer issues on the first contact, with a strong customer service orientation

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates with:

  • An associate degree or higher
  • Previous experience in a telephonic or personal customer contact position
  • Experience working in a retail or field environment, with knowledge of arenaflex products and services
