Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced remote customer service leader to join our team at arenaflex. As a remote customer service leader, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing global systems, processes, and decision science tools to reduce operating costs, increase revenues and profits, and improve services and solutions for our internal and external customers. You will provide leadership and guidance to advance the human support benefit philosophy, enabling the growth and development of colleagues. You will also be responsible for ensuring that customer commitments are quantifiably measured and reported, and that continuous improvement tools are used to target areas where customer retention is at risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global systems, processes, and decision science tools to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth
  • Provide leadership and guidance to advance the human support benefit philosophy, enabling the growth and development of colleagues
  • Ensure that customer commitments are quantifiably measured and reported, and that continuous improvement tools are used to target areas where customer retention is at risk
  • Drive the development and implementation of work procedures, best practices, and job standards to ensure the safety of our employees and the public, promote compliance, and increase productivity
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, increase efficiency, and enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate with global partners to drive cross-regional marketing and process standardization
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; master's degree preferred
  • Four or more years of experience in customer service, operations, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving performance, management, and coordination of global customer service operations
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or arenaflex's Quality Driven Management (QDM) approach
  • Strong industry knowledge, demonstrated successful management experience, human relations, and interpersonal skills required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Six Sigma, Lean, or other ASQ continuous improvement certification, such as arenaflex QDM Master
  • Agile, PMP, or similar certification
  • Experience with project management, driving functional excellence, and leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including a salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
