Responsibilities
As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our data management operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately inputting and updating data into databases and systems, ensuring that information is organized and easily accessible.
- Reviewing and verifying data for accuracy and completeness, and performing routine checks and corrections to maintain data integrity.
- Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth data flow and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Utilizing Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and/or Google Suite to manage and analyze data.
- Working independently with minimal supervision, using your strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in data entry or administrative support is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to focus for long periods, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision, and able to communicate effectively with team members.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and/or Google Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
