Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with booking, changing, or canceling flights in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date flight information, including arrival/departure times, gate information, and baggage claims.
  • Resolving customer complaints and inquiries in a positive, friendly, and empathetic manner.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
