Job Summary
As a Temporary Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service support to clients via phone, internet chat, and email. You will work in a dynamic environment, utilizing your communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns. This is a full-time, remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home office.
Key Responsibilities
• Field inbound telephone calls, internet chat requests, and inbound email requests in a fast-paced environment
- Provide exceptional customer service support, utilizing your communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Utilize phone, internet, and computer skills to deliver top-notch support to clients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Fluency in English: You must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Typing Speed: You must be able to type at a speed of 40 words per minute or greater.
- Internet Connection: You must have a high-speed DSL or cable connection, rated 5 MB down, 384k up (minimum), 10+ MB down and 512k up (preferred).
- Home Office Space: You must have a dedicated home office space, free from distractions, with a door that can be closed and locked. You will be required to provide a picture of this space.
- Computer Requirements: You must have a personal computer running Windows 10 with 4 GB of RAM and 2.0 GHZ processor (minimum), 4GB of RAM and Dual Core Processor (recommended).
- Monitor: You must have a 19 flat panel monitor (minimum).

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, either in-person or remote.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with computer software and hardware, including Microsoft Office and internet applications.
