Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to merchants and customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and best practices
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Analyzing data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with merchants, customers, and internal stakeholders

  • Working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Key Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and metrics to inform decisions
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar tools for data analysis and reporting
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, with some time spent in-office and the majority of time working from home

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a similar role at arenaflex or a similar company

  • Knowledge of the food delivery or logistics industry
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Fluency in multiple languages
