Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Representative / Contact Center Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including telephone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively, and with a smile. Here are some key responsibilities you'll undertake:

Telephone Support:

Answer customer calls in a professional, caring, and responsive manner, ensuring that all questions are answered completely and commitments are met. Log all interactions in our ticketing system, including information and resolution achieved.

Email & Chat Support:

Respond to customer emails and chats in a timely and professional manner, addressing all questions and issues. Properly enter customer information and resolution in the ticketing system.

Skill Improvement:

Continuously strive to improve your cognitive and customer service skills, including proficiency with supported products, problem-solving ability, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Stay up-to-date with support resources provided by the contact center and its clients.

Communication:

Provide feedback on support issues, resolutions, or suggestions to your immediate supervisor or department manager. Share trends, issues, and solutions with supervisors and management.

Support Coworkers:

Offer procedural advice and assistance to other representatives to ensure a smooth and efficient support experience.

Client Relationships:

Foster positive working relationships with support clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Compliance:

Adhere to the guidelines of the contact center and client policies and procedures, maintaining departmental productivity standards while ensuring accuracy in the ticketing system.
