About the Role

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers to resolve their queries, issues, and concerns. You will work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and drive growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer requests, handling bug issues, and investigating problems on their accounts
  • Categorizing and analyzing insights from conversations with customers to improve our products and processes
  • Identifying potential areas for improvement in the customer journey and self-service
  • Maintaining and expanding articles, bots, knowledge libraries, and auto-replies to ensure fast and qualitative support
  • Taking ownership of projects and ensuring their completion within a quarter to improve support services
  • Participating in customer onboarding calls to ensure a smooth start with our product

Who You Are

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent communication skills in German (native) and English (fluent)
  • Strong passion for online marketing and customer experience development
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries with an excellent communication strategy and style
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and organize your day
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement
  • Strong technical knowledge of marketing tools, such as Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Zapier, and email tools
  • Experience in tech support or a technical background is an advantage
