Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time, contract basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering client payroll information, updating account records, and maintaining the integrity of our databases. Key Responsibilities

* Enter client payroll information and personal employee data into internal and external systems in a timely and accurate manner

  • Update client and company-level information, including delivery address changes, contact information updates, and State Unemployment Insurance rate changes
  • Maintain accurate account records and ensure the integrity of client taxes
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to payroll processing and account records
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex's systems, processes, and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
  • Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with data entry software and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
