Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and live chat. Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing timely and effective solutions to client inquiries and issues, ensuring their travel experiences are seamless and enjoyable.
  • Assisting clients with travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and special requests, using your expertise to recommend the best options for their needs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client preferences, travel plans, and itineraries, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Coordinating scheduling for travel consultations and managing the calendar for the agency, ensuring that all appointments and meetings are scheduled efficiently.
  • Processing payments, issuing invoices, and tracking client accounts, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely payments.
  • Supporting the agency with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining internal databases, ensuring that all information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Researching travel destinations, accommodations, and activities to support clients' needs, staying up-to-date on the latest travel trends and recommendations.
  • Working closely with travel agents and management to ensure seamless operations, providing feedback and suggestions for improving our services.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative roles, or the travel industry, although we're open to training the right candidate.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, prioritizing your work to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with travel booking software, although we're willing to provide training for the right candidate.
  • Self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.
