Job Overview
In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to represent arenaflex and support our customers across the country, delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with shoppers. As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will be responsible for providing nothing-but-wonderful customer service via email and live chat, learning our internal management system, and using internal communication software to interact with your teammates and other departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by supporting customers via email and live chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
- Learn and efficiently use our internal management system to process sales orders and maintain customer relationships, ensuring seamless and personalized experiences for our customers
- Utilize internal communication software to interact with teammates, management, and other departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication
- Dream up innovative solutions to optimize each customer's experience, identifying trends and pain points and developing creative solutions to address them
About You

You should be a creative and innovative problem solver, a sensitive and skillful communicator, and eager to learn new technology systems and procedures. Essential Qualifications
- Able to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls and have a quiet work space with minimal noise
- Able to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT, including evenings and weekends, and during the holiday season
- Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router, and be able to use a laptop and other necessary equipment provided by arenaflex
- Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service experience, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
- Experience working from home or in a remote setting, with a proven ability to stay motivated and focused
