Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Healthcare Industry Remote Opportunity

Job Summary:
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and correcting eligibility records to ensure that our drugstore adjudication system accurately reflects the Aetna enrollment package records. This role involves working with shared mailboxes and work queues, resolving issues from various regions within the company, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and analyze eligibility records to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Correct errors and discrepancies in eligibility records
- Work with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve issues from various regions
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems efficiently
- Reconcile eligibility among systems to ensure data consistency
- Monitor and track records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance data entry efficiency
Required Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry and analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
- Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
* Healthcare industry experience
- Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software systems
Education:
