Key Responsibilities
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Focusing on customer retention and building strong relationships with our customers
- Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards and ensuring that they understand our products and services
- Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to high-level management as needed
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and following up on complicated customer calls as required
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in our CRM system
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual a plus (but not required)
- Some sales and customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Some experience with MS Excel is a plus
- Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
