Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Customer Experience Strategic Support Analyst to join our team in a remote, phone, and live support role. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to customers, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities

* Provide strategic support to customers, resolving complex issues and driving business growth through data-driven insights

  • Analyze customer and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of import and export operations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., logistics, transportation, business, or a related field)

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in logistics or transportation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners
  • Proficiency in business software applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customs import controls and clearance

  • Certified Commodity Trained Professional (CES) or Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) certification
  • Quality improvement certification or experience (e.g., QDM, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management)
  • Experience with air and sea shipment coordination, including booking, arranging, and tracking
  • Familiarity with logistics and transportation software applications (e.g., transportation management systems, warehouse management systems)
