Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Sales (Hybrid) to join our team in Mesa, Arizona. As a key member of our customer acquisition, sales, service, and retention team, you'll be on the frontline providing solutions to prospective and existing customers to enhance their service experience, drive satisfaction, and foster loyalty. Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Sales (Hybrid), your day-to-day will involve:

• Handling customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment
• Accurately resolving issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections
• Explaining bills and product features clearly
• Troubleshooting basic problems and seeking higher support if needed
• Building customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues
• Supporting various customer inquiries, including technical issues
• Working a flexible 40-hour per week schedule, which may include nights, weekends
• Participating in paid training to enhance your skills and knowledge

Work-from-Home (WFH) Requirements
