Responsibilities

As a Junior Customer Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

Providing Exceptional Customer Support:

Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).

Collaborating with the Customer Support Team:

Work with our team to resolve complex issues, improve service, and implement service improvement initiatives.

Identifying and Implementing Service Improvement Initiatives:

Analyze customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance the customer experience.

Fostering a Collaborative Team Environment:

Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, focused on excellence in customer service.

Supporting Documentation and Presentation:

Assist in documenting and presenting customer support strategies and outcomes to the team and management.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field:

A degree in a relevant field is essential, but we're open to candidates with equivalent experience.

Junior Customer Support Experience:

Some initial industry experience in customer support is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
