Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses that meet their needs
- Providing in-depth information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and feedback
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall support processes
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies
- A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and grow with our company
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
Requirements
To join our team, you'll need to:
- Attend 4 weeks of comprehensive training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
- Demonstrate a strong ability to multitask, with a preference for gaming experience (although not necessary)
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on delivering clear and concise responses
- Be able to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic work environment
