Experienced Customer Service Representative – Insurance Industry – Work-from-Home Opportunity

We're growing rapidly, and we're looking for a self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented individual to join our VUE (arenaflex Underwriting Experience) Team as a work-from-home Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound phone calls, helping them troubleshoot and resolve their insurance-related inquiries.

Essential Functions
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Obtaining and maintaining your Property and Casualty License
- Working independently, taking initiative, and working with minimal supervision
- Maintaining regular and timely attendance
- Making decisions, problem-solving, and upholding an ethical standard
- Managing individual stress and composure
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma
- A designated workspace and internet capability to work from home
- The ability to pass a background check
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office or G-Suite
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
