Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat support, providing accurate and timely information on insurance plans and benefits
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with online tools and resources to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure a cohesive and effective customer support strategy
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, adhering to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and data security
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and escalating complex cases to senior team members when necessary
