Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Associate with Arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth package delivery. Your daily tasks will include:

• Handling phone calls, emails, and chats with customers to resolve delivery-related issues
• Researching and resolving problems to ensure timely delivery of packages
• Documenting delivery flow into our tracking system
• Assisting customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery
• Partnering with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience
• Troubleshooting, researching, resolving, or escalating issues as necessary
• Participating in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Care Associate with Arenaflex, you will need:

• The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple computer applications while on a phone call
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
• Ability to talk with customers, listen attentively to concerns, express empathy, and research problems for resolution
• Successfully pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
• Reliable internet connection
• Reliable Windows PC with 8GB RAM
