Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis (20-25 hours a week). As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, or chat.   • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance, demonstrating our commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Inform customers about new offers or services, keeping them informed and engaged with our latest developments
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their pool technical issues are resolved, providing ongoing support and ensuring their complete satisfaction
  • Gather customer feedback and share with technician teams, contributing to our continuous improvement and growth
  • Oversee the route optimization for technicians, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
