Responsibilities and Duties
As a Chat Brand Representative for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers, helping them find the perfect golf equipment to suit their needs. Your primary goal will be to create a seamless and engaging experience for our customers, mirroring the in-store experience that they love. Here are some key responsibilities and duties:
- Be brand passionate – share your love and expertise for the game and brand!
- Use primarily arenaflex golf equipment to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
- Communicate with customers at a professional level, providing clear and concise information about our products and services
- Familiarize yourself with the arenaflex website and related media/searches to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
- Compare and analyze competitor products to help customers make informed decisions
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats at once and providing exceptional service to our customers
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique combination of skills and qualifications. Here are some of the key requirements:
- 5+ years of golf experience, with a strong understanding of the game and its nuances
- 2+ years of club fitting experience, with a proven track record of helping golfers find the perfect equipment
- In-depth knowledge of current and past arenaflex products, including their features, benefits, and applications
- Familiarity with similar products from other brands, including their strengths and weaknesses
- Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all arenaflex products, from enthusiast to pro level
- Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 wpm, and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
Compensation and Perks
As a Chat Brand Representative for arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:
- This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position, providing you with the flexibility to work from anywhere and manage your own schedule
- Performance-based rewards redeemable for arenaflex products and/or gift cards, recognizing your hard work and dedication
- Chat interactions are paid out weekly on an hourly basis of $15, providing a stable and predictable income stream
Technology Details
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have access to a reliable desktop or laptop computer with a Chrome browser, as well as a stable internet connection and reliable sound output. Unfortunately, tablet and mobile devices are not compatible with our chat platform.
