The Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative for arenaflex Dining, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch service to our guests from the moment they interact with us. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving abilities will enable you to resolve issues, make recommendations, and exceed guest expectations. You will be responsible for:

  • Responding to guest inquiries, resolving any issues that may arise, and escalating complex problems to management when necessary.
  • Providing accurate and timely information about our menu, services, and promotions, as well as making recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across different departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any operational challenges.
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, seasonal offerings, and special promotions to make informed recommendations and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate and timely information about our menu, services, and promotions.

  • Resolve guest issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex problems to management when necessary.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any operational challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, seasonal offerings, and special promotions to make informed recommendations and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a related role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred.

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
