Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative / Enrollment Specialist to join our team in Lakeland, FL. As a Patient Service Rep or Re-Enrollment Advocate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients with benefits and enrollments, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative / Enrollment Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls (70-90 daily) with a high level of professionalism and empathy
  • Assisting patients with benefits and enrollments, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Calling doctor's offices and insurance companies to verify information and ensure accurate data entry
  • Utilizing de-escalation skills to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive customer experience
  • Multi-tasking while speaking with callers and entering notes into the system
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and service delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a high-volume call center environment (70-90+ calls daily)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in patient advocacy or benefits enrollment

  • Knowledge of healthcare industry and regulations
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Training and Onboarding

Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role. Training will take place over three weeks, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. It is essential that you attend all training sessions, as this will ensure your success in the role.
