We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll play a critical role in representing arenaflex to our customers and business partners. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring that they have a positive experience with our company. You'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers, contractors, and/or business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication according to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage
  • Explaining and upholding contract coverage to customers and/or contractors
  • Following up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved
  • Maintaining current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and completing required continuing education courses
  • May assume other duties as assigned

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring that they have a positive experience with our company

  • Assist customers, contractors, and/or business partners with their queries and concerns
  • Explain and uphold contract coverage to customers and/or contractors
  • Follow up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved
  • Maintain current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and complete required continuing education courses

Qualifications

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literacy
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Multi-tasking skills

Preferred Skills

* Customer service experience and/or training

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of home service plans and/or related industries

Compensation and Benefits

* This role pays between $15 to $17/hr, and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
