About the Role: Providing Exceptional Customer Service as a 1099 Contractor

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer care to our clients' customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a work schedule that works best for you within the contract's shift window, ensuring a healthy work-life balance
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients' customers via phone, email, or other communication channels

  • Maintain a friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor in all customer interactions

Earnings and Revenue: Competitive Hourly Rates and Incentives

At arenaflex, we offer competitive hourly rates ranging from $16 to $19 per hour, depending on the client and your performance. Your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and you'll have opportunities to earn additional incentives based on client and performance metrics. Technology and Equipment Requirements:

To ensure seamless connectivity and high-quality customer interactions, you'll need:

  • A quiet and secure work environment during working hours, with a dedicated workspace and minimal distractions
  • A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted), with a reliable and efficient operating system
  • A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication, with a high-quality sound system and minimal background noise
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed, with a reliable and stable connection
  • An operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS), with valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
  • A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app, with the ability to access and utilize mobile devices efficiently

Work Environment Requirements:

To ensure a productive and comfortable work environment, you'll need:

  • A quiet, uninterrupted space with minimal distractions, with a dedicated workspace and ergonomic furniture
  • An organized desk area, with a clean and clutter-free workspace, and a reliable and efficient filing system

Contractual Relationship:

As a 1099 contractor at arenaflex, you'll maintain an independent contractor status for the duration of your program assignment. You'll be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and expenses, and arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings. You'll be required to agree to the terms of your contract, which will outline the scope of your work, payment terms, and other important details.
