About the Role

As a part-time Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of packages to our customers. You will be responsible for handling phone calls, researching and problem-solving to resolve customer inquiries, and documenting the delivery flow of packages into our tracking system. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, troubleshoot issues, and partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talk with customers about the delivery of their packages, handling phone calls, and researching and problem-solving to ensure smooth package delivery.
• Document the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system.
• Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery.
• Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience.
• Troubleshoot, research, resolve or escalate issues as necessary.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business.
