Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Airline Customer Service Representatives at JFK International Airport. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to domestic and international airlines, ensuring a safe and secure travel experience for passengers. You will have the opportunity to learn behind-the-scenes workings of an international airport, rotate through various airport areas, and develop your skills in problem-solving, communication, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to domestic and international airlines, ensuring a safe and secure travel experience for passengers

  • Rotate through check-in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, arrivals, and other areas within the airport
  • Learn behind-the-scenes workings of an international airport and develop a deep understanding of airport operations
  • Partner with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a smooth and efficient travel experience
  • Develop problem-solving skills and make quick and rational decisions in dynamic and fast-paced environments
  • Communicate effectively with high-profile passengers, airline personnel, and other stakeholders
  • Adapt quickly to unforeseen situations and prioritize tasks to ensure on-time performance

Essential Qualifications

* At least 18 years of age

  • High school graduate or G.E.D equivalent
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • English proficient, with other languages a plus
  • Computer savvy and familiar with airport operations

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working in an airport or travel industry
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with airport operations and procedures
