Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support to our clients through live chat on their websites and social media accounts. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing sales links, and offering discounts in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on clients' websites and social media accounts in a timely and professional manner

  • Answer customer questions and provide accurate information to resolve their queries
  • Provide sales links and offer discounts to customers as per client instructions
  • Follow provided steps and instructions closely to ensure consistency and quality in customer support
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, using your own initiative to resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure seamless communication and support

Essential Qualifications

* No prior experience is required, but a strong desire to learn and grow is essential

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow provided steps and instructions closely
  • Reliable internet connectivity and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • 5+ hours availability per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency, with a preference for English-speaking countries

* Previous experience in customer support or a related field

  • Familiarity with live chat software and social media platforms
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
