Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Entry Compliance Processor I at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Data Entry and Verification: Transfer data from scanned images into excel spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Compliance Review: Audit and review all required CACFP documentation and systems for compliance compared to state and federal laws, as well as arenaflex policies and procedures.
- State Claims and Reports: Submit state claims and internal reports timely, accurately, and according to all guidelines.
- Data Entry from State Websites and Internal Forms: Accurately enter data from state websites and internal forms, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Compliance Concerns: Bring up compliance concerns and work with the team to resolve any issues.
- Menu Review: Review menus from arenaflex's centers to ensure compliance with state and federal laws, as well as company policies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Clerical and/or Office Experience: Previous clerical and/or office experience is preferred.
- 10-Key Proficiency: Proficiency in 10-key typing is preferred.
- Independence and Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and stay on task, with a high level of self-motivation.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and compliance review.
Nice-to-Haves
While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience with Excel: Experience with Excel and other spreadsheet software.
- Knowledge of CACFP: Knowledge of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and its requirements.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and resolve compliance issues.
