The Role

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and promoting our energy solutions to customers. You will work in a remote environment, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat, and will be an integral part of our team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answering customer calls professionally and responding to inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner

• Focusing on customer retention and satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
• Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards and ensuring that they are met
• Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management for prompt resolution
• Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and following up on complicated customer calls as needed
• Completing call notes and call reports in our CRM system and updating them as necessary
• Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
• Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

• Bilingual a plus (arenaflex values diversity and is committed to providing services to customers in multiple languages)
• Some sales and customer service experience (arenaflex provides training and development opportunities to help you grow in your role)
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar and punctuation
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Some experience with MS Excel is a plus (arenaflex uses Excel for data analysis and reporting)
• Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations (arenaflex provides training and support to help you manage challenging customer interactions)
