About the Role: Customer Service Associate (Call Center)

We're excited to announce that we're expanding our customer operations team and seeking talented Customer Service Associates (CSAs) to join our dynamic team! As a CSA, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, facilitating intake calls, and providing top-notch support to our valued clients. If you're a customer service rockstar with a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver best-in-class customer experiences through clear, efficient, and valuable support to callers
  • Facilitate intake calls and requests for on-demand and scheduled language services
  • Achieve satisfactory call quality, both behavioral and technical, as measured through call quality reviews
  • Provide exceptional client service experiences, addressing opportunities to maintain and improve business relationships
  • Log and track calls and requests while servicing clients, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude, with a passion for helping others
  • Experience with call center software and scheduling tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-line call center environment
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Very good verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately while taking calls, with strong attention to detail
  • Reliable and team-oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual skills (preferably in a non-Spanish language), with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Experience in the language/translation industry, with a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of language services
