Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive travel experience. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams and other division leaders/partners to provide innovative technical solutions that enable business capabilities.
• Participate and lead in the design and development of creative batch and streaming data applications using AWS technologies. Support large-scale data pipelines in a distributed and scalable environment. Enable and optimize production AWS environment for data infrastructure and frameworks.
• Establish containers and Serverless platform with cloud infrastructure.
• Provide the team with technical guidance and direction to be undertaken and guide them in the resolution of questions/issues.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and efficient data pipelines, architectures, and systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including data flow diagrams, system architecture diagrams, and technical guides.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree and 8+ years of professional experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience managing infrastructure and data pipelines using Cloud Solution, Terraform, PySpark, Airflow, or similar technologies.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team that designs, develops, or supports solutions on AWS.
• Working knowledge of common AWS technologies - EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, Glue, SNS, others.
• General familiarity with other AWS technologies.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools, SQL, Python, Spark, Version control system, JIRA.
• Hands-on experience with any object-oriented programming language.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

To stand out from the crowd, you will need:

• AWS Certification - Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or similar.
• Experience with Data Quality tools - Great Expectations, Deequ, or similar.
• Excellent knowledge and experience with Linux operating system or Windows.
