Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
  • Experience in provider outreach, decision-making, and responding quickly to questions
  • Data entry and/or typing experience, with a strong foundation in computer skills
  • Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Detail-oriented approach, with a focus on accuracy and quality

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or business
  • 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
  • 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry
