Job Responsibilities

As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns.
  • Providing accurate information about our products and services via online chat, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of our offerings and benefits.
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring that customers are connected with our automotive dealer clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our clients have access to valuable customer data and insights.
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing our clients with actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, ensuring that you have the latest information and expertise to provide exceptional customer support.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although this is not essential.
  • Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications and systems.
  • A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being helpful in this fast-paced environment.
  • A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry, with a understanding of the sales process and customer needs.
  • Advanced computer skills, with experience using CRM software and other customer support tools.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Availability to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with a minimum of 16+ hours per week.
  • Able to attend 5 weeks of training Monday - Friday from 4PM – 8PM, with flexible scheduling after completion of training.
  • Able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred.
  • A positive and professional demeanor, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
