Key Responsibilities

Main Purpose of Job: The Health Systems Liaison (HSL) Director is a strategic, external-facing leadership role responsible for communicating the clinical and economic value of the Immunocore product portfolio. Serving as a subject matter expert on health outcomes and economic impact, the HSL Director acts as the primary scientific bridge between Immunocore and key stakeholders, including payers, integrated health systems, oncology networks, and other health systems. This role is critical in shaping medical strategy through the dissemination of evidence-based data and the cultivation of high-level professional relationships across the US healthcare ecosystem. This position is remote full-time role in the US with estimated 50-75% travel. Key Responsibilities:

  • Articulate the clinical and economic value proposition of Immunocore products using, clinical data, health outcomes research, epidemiology, and health economics data.
  • Disseminate, clinical data, real-world evidence (RWE) and economic analyses to support informed decision-making by healthcare providers, payers, oncology networks, and other health systems.
  • Conduct high-impact educational programs and presentations to enhance stakeholder understanding of product value.
  • Serve as the primary medical and scientific point of contact for payers, oncology networks, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, payors, decision-makers within oncology networks, and other health systems.
  • Address complex inquiries from healthcare professionals regarding clinical data, product information, and outcomes research.
  • Partner closely with commercial, medical affairs, and clinical teams to provide critical health economics input into the evolving core medical strategy and drive excellence and support execution of access strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to align messaging and integrate health outcomes strategies into broader product development and commercialization plans.
  • Leads the field-based evidence gap analysis, generates ideas for HEOR and RWE publications and disseminates these insights to internal medical affairs stakeholders.
  • Provide expert training to internal teams to ensure a consistent and accurate understanding of outcomes data and the competitive landscape.
  • Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans for health outcomes research and scientific communication.
  • Ensure all external interactions and communications strictly adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Education, Experience and Knowledge:

  • Accredited doctorate degree in a basic-science or life-science discipline (e.g., M.D., Pharm.D., Ph.D.) and a minimum of 5+ years of medical affairs related experience, 3+ years field-HEOR; or equivalent combination of education and pharmaceutical experience.

Other:

  • Valid driver’s license, including a REAL-ID is required for this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications required. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems required.

Annual salary range for US: This position is eligible for standard Company benefits, including medical, dental, vision, time off and 401k, as well as participating in Immunocore's annual incentive plans. Incentive plans are contingent on achievement of personal and company performance. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. $157,500 - $262,500 #LI-Remote
