As an Experienced Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch live chat support to our clients' customers via their websites and social media accounts. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, and your goal will be to resolve their queries efficiently, effectively, and with a smile. With full training provided, you'll be able to start working right away and enjoy the flexibility of setting your own hours, as long as you commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
• Provide product information, answer sales questions, and assist with returns and exchanges

Essential Qualifications
