Job Description

As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for ensuring our online community remains a safe and enjoyable space for all users. This part-time, remote position requires a flexible and adaptable individual who can work independently and as part of a team. Your primary duties will include:

• Moderating the chat of our official Discord server, which involves:

+ Deleting messages that violate our community guidelines + Banning users who repeatedly break our rules + Muting users who have violated our community guidelines + Investigating reports from users about potential rule violations

• Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective community management strategies
• Providing excellent customer service and support to users, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner
• Staying up-to-date with our community guidelines and policies, ensuring you're always aware of the latest rules and regulations
• Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• To be at least 18 years old
• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Familiarity with Discord and online community management platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
