Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customer service, technical support, and customer sales interactions. You will interact with hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure best-in-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks and ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade and promote products and services
  • Explain and position products and processes with customers, providing clear and concise information to ensure customer understanding
  • Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with the managerial team, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing customer complaints
  • Ensure first-call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling, reducing the need for repeat calls and improving customer satisfaction

Candidate Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must be highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. You should have excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute). Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and a basic understanding of the Windows operating system are also required.

Essential Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of the Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
