Job Description

As a Spanish Overnight Card Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels. You will utilize effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels

  • Utilize standard screens, scripts, and procedures to respond to customer inquiries
  • Navigate a computerized system for responding and/or troubleshooting to customer questions
  • Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management
  • Provide empathetic and industry-leading care to customers, resolving issues related to reward redemptions, customer information updates, card activations, making payments, processing lost or stolen cards, statement and APR inquiries, and credit line increase and decrease requests

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of customer service experience preferred

  • 1+ year of recent third-shift experience; ability to work a non-traditional schedule (12:00 AM - 8:30 AM EST, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM CST, or 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM MST)
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to operate office equipment, such as computers, telephones, printers, and calculators
  • Ability to communicate in written form
  • Completion of a series of activities designed to evaluate specific skills, knowledge, and qualifications related to this position

Preferred Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role

  • Proficiency in Spanish language
  • Experience working with computerized systems and software applications

Work Environment:

* Primarily remain in a stationary position

  • No required movement about the work environment to complete the major responsibilities of the job
  • Primarily performed indoors in an office setting
  • Ability to operate office equipment, such as computers, telephones, printers, and calculators
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in written form

Bonus Points:

* If you have a high school diploma or GED

  • If you have 1+ year of customer service experience
  • If you have 1+ year of recent third-shift experience

Compensation and Benefits:

* Base pay for this position generally ranges between $17.00 to $19.40

  • Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package
