Responsibilities

As a LiveChat Agent - Marketing, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with website visitors through real-time live chat to validate and prequalify leads
  • Entering marketing qualified leads into Salesforce
  • Transitioning qualified leads to Sales Managers as Salesforce Opportunities
  • Becoming an expert in the live chat platform
  • Developing a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services
  • Staying informed on arenaflex's product features, promotions, and FAQs
  • Creating canned responses and enhancing the tagging system in the live chat platform
  • Enhancing training and best practices documentation
  • Developing and communicating ideas for improvement in the customer journey
  • Monitoring KPIs: response time, customer satisfaction, volume/schedule, etc.
  • Collaborating with the sales team and key marketing team members, related to leads and live chat
  • Performing other assigned tasks

Requirements

To be successful as a LiveChat Agent - Marketing, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Commercial modular construction industry experience is preferred
  • Live chat, B2B Telemarketing, or sales experience is preferred
  • Salesforce.com experience is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Keen ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Customer service oriented
  • Empathy and patience in dealing with various customer inquiries
  • Self-motivated and self-starter with strong work ethic and integrity
  • Tactful and inquisitive
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Minimum accurate typing speed of 50 wpm
  • Must comply with all company employment policies
