Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative - Concierge Support, you will be the heartbeat of our branch, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through: * Providing top-notch customer service to a network of customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Making outgoing phone calls to schedule appointments, provide insights on pest activity, and educate customers on our services. * Processing deposits, answering emails, and responding to chat requests in a prompt and courteous manner. * Backing up colleagues when needed for soft collections, routing, and data entry. * Collaborating with service technicians and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Essential Qualifications:
