Role Overview:

We're searching for a Customer Service & Operations Generalist who can wear multiple hats and thrive in a startup environment. While the primary responsibility is delivering exceptional customer service, this role will also support operations, marketing initiatives, and project management tasks. You'll be a key player in building a world-class experience for our customers while driving internal processes that fuel our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

### Customer Service (Primary Focus)

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media, providing timely and empathetic responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve issues related to product questions, order status, troubleshooting, and returns, utilizing problem-solving skills to find creative solutions.
  • Develop and refine customer service workflows and FAQs to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Collect and report customer feedback to inform product development, helping us create a better experience for our customers.

### Operations

  • Assist in inventory management, order fulfillment coordination, and logistics tracking to ensure seamless delivery of our products.
  • Collaborate on building and maintaining CRM and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Shopify), streamlining processes to improve efficiency.
  • Track and manage warranty claims, repairs, and replacements, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.

### Marketing Support

  • Help execute social media campaigns, including responding to comments and engaging with the community to build brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Coordinate customer reviews, testimonials, and user-generated content initiatives to showcase our products and values.
  • Contribute to marketing material development, from email templates to blog content, helping to tell the arenaflex story.

### Project Management

  • Lead or support cross-functional projects that improve efficiency and customer experience, utilizing project management skills to drive results.
  • Manage timelines and communicate progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Document processes and contribute to team-wide knowledge sharing, helping to build a culture of collaboration and innovation.

What We're Looking For:

* Experience: 5+ years in customer service, operations, or a related role; startup experience is a plus.

  • Adaptability: Ability to juggle diverse tasks in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Zendesk (or similar CRM systems), and social media platforms, with a willingness to learn and master new technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal skills, with the ability to clearly and empathetically communicate with customers and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Self-starter who can identify challenges and propose creative solutions, with a passion for innovation and improvement.
  • Passion: A genuine interest in e-micro mobility, action sports, or urban riding is a bonus, but not required – we're looking for someone who shares our values and is excited about our mission!
