Job Summary

As a remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing professional, courteous, and helpful assistance to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities

As a remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilizing arenaflex's technology and training to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Working independently to troubleshoot computer issues and resolve customer complaints
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and issues
  • Collaborating with other team members to share knowledge and best practices
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge

Requirements

To be successful as a remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Great customer service skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and professional verbal communications
  • Proficient with the internet, data entry, and the ability to swiftly move between multiple programs
  • Comfortable independently troubleshooting computer issues

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable for this role:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools

Technical Requirements

To ensure a great experience for our customers, you will need to maintain the following technical requirements:

  • Dedicated stationary workspace with a closed door to ensure a noise-free office environment
  • Consistently reliable high-speed internet supplied by a cable or DSL provider with minimum download speed of 30 megabits/second or greater
  • Stand-alone monitor at least 24; two monitors are recommended
  • Hard-wired internet connection in your home office with modem/router connected within 6 feet of your desk
  • Readiness to engage through the provided web camera for required meetings and training

Physical Requirements

This is a stationary position, continuously listening and talking with customers while working on a computer for 6-12 hour shifts.

Availability

We are seeking candidates who are available to work three shifts per week, with one shift being Saturday or Sunday. You will have the flexibility to select your start time between 8:00-10:00 am and end time 6:00 pm CST. You may request one weekend off per month, although some weekends during special promotions and holiday peak will be excluded.
